It’s the first day of the year, so let’s keep this post short and crisp!
Twenty-three hours later and I’m thinking – “Day 1 is almost over”. Time sure does fly! As you set your goals for the year, think of your life as that book you have been called to co-author! Thankfully, this means you can make of it pretty much whatever you want it to be, on the flip side, the amount of will power you need to muscle-up is A LOT! But the good news is – YOU CAN.
